All prices include gas and electricity.
30% non refundable deposit required within 7 days to secure booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
£100 damage deposit required per cottage per week.
Pure white cotton bedlinen and towel hire available on request (one double bedlinen and two sets of bathroom towels cost 30€)
We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or EURO
Minimum Stay 2 weeks in High Sesaon.
Lettings are from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
Tuesday or Saturday changeover in Low and Mid Season.
Beds made up ready for your arrival.
Babykit supplied free of charge (includes a cot and bedding, high chair, buggy, baby bath, changing mat)
Colour television and DVD player are available upon request.
Wi-fi Broadband Internet in each cottage & telephone access.
Bikes and safety helmets available free of charge.
Fans, hairdryer, iron and ironing board supplied in each cottage.
Heating is by means of electric radiators in both cottages with the added benefit of a wood burning stove in ‘Le Four du Boulanger’.
